How do I convert MP4 to MP3?

Will I lose quality?
MP3 drops a little detail to keep files small. It is saved at 192 kbps, which sounds the same as the original to most people. The video is left out.
Can I convert several files at once?

Why does it take a while?
Your own device converts the video, with no server, and the converter is about 30 MB to download the first time. Phones are slower than computers, so short clips work best.
