How conversions work

Every conversion runs in your browser, on your device. Convurx reads the file locally, creates the result there, and the download comes from that result. The file is not uploaded to Convurx, Webfrens, or anyone else.

What we do store

To keep the free limit fair, we store a short-lived, anonymous counter. No files, no names, no accounts. The Privacy page has the details.

Hosting

Convurx runs on a global edge network and is served over HTTPS only, so the connection between your browser and Convurx is always encrypted.

Uptime

The status page shows whether Convurx is up. It opens in a new tab.

Report a security issue

If you find a security problem, use the Webfrens contact page and pick "Convurx and tools". Describe what you saw. You do not need to attach a file.
